Through in depth product volume forecasting and performance analysis, Kemtec manufacturing processes have now reached a stage of maximum efficiency.

Achieving optimisation was enabled by an increase in staff work flow and decreased lead times to ensure the most economical of approaches to the manufacturing process. A catalyst to such streamlining has been aided by the introduction of a new semi automatic filling machine, allowing for a rapid response to bespoke product lines, work flow stimulation and a minimisation of the length of the product cycle process.

As a result, we can now guarantee optimum consistency, an extended longevity of product life and quality assurance when it comes to the packaging and release for dispatch of our products.
